What this site collects, why, and how to make it stop. Written to be read rather than to be survived.

Who runs this site

Noble Land Partners® LLC, a land investment company. We buy and sell vacant land. You can reach a human at james@noblelandpartners.com or by phone or text at 980-350-9505.

What you give us on purpose

The form on these pages asks for your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, along with where you are looking for land, what size and budget, what you want to use it for, and anything you choose to write in the notes box. All of it is optional except your name and phone number, which are how we reach you and how we recognize you if you come back.

What gets collected automatically

• Where you came from. If you reach this site from an advertisement, the link carries marketing tags identifying the campaign, and the ad network adds its own click identifier. We read the ones Google, Meta, Microsoft and TikTok use. We also record the address of the website that linked you here, unless it was one of our own pages. All of it is recorded with your enquiry so we know which advertisements are worth paying for. In your browser it is kept only for the length of your visit.
• The page you were on when you filled in the form, and how long the page had been open. The timing is an anti-spam measure: a form completed in under two seconds was not completed by a person.
• The chat box. The chat button in the corner of every page is run for us by our customer relationship manager. If you open it, whatever you type reaches us the same way a form does, and it sets cookies in your browser to remember the conversation. If you never open it, it collects nothing about you.
• Page counts. Our website host counts page views so we know which tracts are being looked at. It does this without cookies and without building a profile of you, and we cannot identify you from it.
• Meta Pixel. If and when it is enabled, a script from Meta records that you visited a page and, separately, that you submitted the form. This is how advertising on Facebook and Instagram is measured and targeted. It sets cookies in your browser and sends data to Meta, who use it under their own privacy policy. Your name, phone number, email address and the contents of your notes are never sent to Meta.

Text messages and calls

Giving us your phone number means we may call or text you about land. The tick box on the form is separate and narrower: it is consent to be sent tracts we think match what you described, which is marketing. Leaving it unticked still lets us answer the specific enquiry you made, and we record the unticked box as deliberately as the ticked one.

Reply STOP to any text and it stops. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing, and consent to be contacted is never shared with third parties.

Who else sees your information

We do not sell your personal information. It is handled by the services we use to run the business, and by nobody else:

• Our customer relationship manager, where your enquiry is stored, and which also runs the chat box.
• Our website host and the automation service that receives the form.
• Meta, but only the pixel events described above, never your form answers.

We would also disclose information if the law required it, which has not happened.

How long we keep it

Your enquiry stays in our records until you ask us to remove it. That is the honest answer: the entire point of the buyer list is that we can call you in eight months when something turns up that matches what you asked for.

Getting your information out or deleted

Email james@noblelandpartners.com or text 980-350-9505 and ask. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. No form, no account, no fee. We will confirm when it is done.

To stop the Meta Pixel specifically, use your Meta ad preferences or a browser that blocks third-party tracking. Blocking it does not affect anything on this site.

Children

This site is for people buying land. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
